D J S Capital Limited, trading as DJS Capital (“we”, “us”, “our”), is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16150571. Our registered office is Blenheim House, Denny End Road, Waterbeach, Cambridge, CB25 9GL.

2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to personal data we handle about:
- visitors to our website, djs-capital.co.uk;
- people who contact us or fill in a form on the website;
- people who ask to receive our updates by email;
- contacts at our clients, prospective clients and suppliers.
We handle personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).
3. The personal data we collect
Information you give us
- Your name, email address and phone number, when you fill in a form on the website.
- Your company name, job title and anything you tell us in a message, call or meeting.
- Your email address and marketing preferences, if you sign up for updates.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type and operating system.
- Usage data such as the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit and the site that referred you.
- Some of this is collected by cookies. See section 6.
Information about business contacts
- Business contact details and records of our correspondence with clients, prospective clients and suppliers.
- Information we need to deliver our services under a client agreement.
We do not ask for special category data, such as health information, through the website. The website is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18.

5. Marketing
We send marketing emails only if you have asked to receive them, or where the law otherwise allows us to, for example where you are an existing client and we are writing about similar services. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out by contacting us.

- Essential cookies, which the website needs in order to work, for example to remember your cookie choice. These do not need consent.
- Non-essential cookies, such as analytics cookies that show us how the site is used. We set these only if you accept them in the cookie banner.

7. Who we share your data with

10. How we protect your data

11. Your rights
Under data protection law you have the right to:

- rectification, if your data is inaccurate or incomplete;
- erasure of your data in certain circumstances;
- restrict our use of your data in certain circumstances;
- object to our use of your data where we rely on legitimate interests, and at any time to direct marketing;
- data portability, for data you gave us that we process by automated means on the basis of consent or contract;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent. This does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
